SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY
All orders over $100 CAD are shipped free within Canada and the U.S.
Prints and Homegoods Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for Printify's printing partners to receive your order and prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 3-10 business days depending on where the product ships from. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to order processing time. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number.
Original Artwork Order Processing Time: Please allow about 2-4 weeks for your artwork to ship and arrive from Canada. This allows for careful packaging, order processing, and shipping time. Shipping may be longer during the December holiday season. Original artwork will be sent by Canada Post or equivalent service and insured. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number.
International Shipping Policy: International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. All international shipping includes insurance. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. The Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. I am unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.
Digital Gift Cards: A digital gift card code in the amount purchased with the option to add to Apple Wallet will be sent to the email provided in the shipping information once the transaction is complete. When making a purchase in the store, a customer can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case-sensitive. The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. Gift cards do not expire.
Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Original artwork orders will not be refunded for lost, misdelivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 20% processing charge based on the value of the order if the original order is lost due to providing incorrect shipping information.
Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork? I (Gina Clark) retains all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original artworks. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask that I be credited. When you purchase an original artwork you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
